Collecting the best amla and after cleaning them thoroughly removing the stones.
Getting them processed for mixing with cane sugar and simultaneously adding rest of the ingredients.
Boiling them all upto a certain point to get rid of all the moisture and forming it into a jam like consistency.
Straining this through meshed sieves to obtain the correct consistency.
This recipe was created thousands of years ago as a rejuvenating elixir by the ancient sage Chywana. Directions
1 or 2 teaspoonfuls, twice a day with meals. Can be taken on bread, crackers, roti, khakra, milk or your favorite beverage.

Chyavanprash has been used safely in India for several centuries. We suggest this product not be used if have diabetes, or are pregnant or nursing.
